Check these items before contacting IT.
Invalid username or password
First test the account at Gmail.com. If Gmail works, remove and re-add the account using Google sign-in.
Outlook keeps asking for a password
Re-add the account using Outlook's Google sign-in flow rather than generic IMAP setup.
Two-Step Verification appears
Complete the verification method shown by Google. This is a normal security check.
Old emails are missing
After a migration, older or recent messages may still be transferring. Contact IT rather than recreating the account repeatedly.
Android asks for a Work Profile
Your company may be using mobile-device management. Follow the on-screen instructions.
My address does not end in @gmail.com
That is normal. Google Workspace can host email for your company's own domain.
