Protect your company account on every device.

  1. Never share your Google Workspace password.
  2. Never approve a sign-in prompt you did not initiate.
  3. Use 2-Step Verification when required.
  4. Keep the operating system and email applications updated.
  5. Use a screen lock, PIN, Face ID or fingerprint on mobile devices.
  6. Do not set up company email on unknown or shared computers unless authorised.
  7. Sign out after using Gmail on a temporary computer.
  8. Never share verification codes.
  9. Report lost phones or laptops containing company email to IT immediately.
  10. Contact IT for unexpected password-reset or security requests.
