Set up Google Workspace in Apple Mail
Add the account through iPhone Settings and choose Google as the provider.
Open Settings → Apps
Open the Settings app and tap Apps.

Open Mail
Tap Mail, then open Mail Accounts.

Tap Add Account
Under Mail Accounts, choose Add Account.

Choose Google
Select Google. Do not choose Other for normal Google Workspace setup.

Sign in to Google
Enter your complete company email address, then your Google Workspace password. Complete 2-Step Verification if prompted.

Choose what to synchronise
Keep Mail enabled. You may also enable Contacts and Calendars if your company uses them. Tap Save.

Manual IMAP settings — only if Apple Mail asks for server details
When you select Google, Apple Mail normally configures the account automatically. If you are using a manual setup screen, use these server values:
